Our take on the coveted 80.10.10 mix now freeze dried! Midwest Legacy Beef's Beef & Organ blend starts with our signature hand deboned Raw Beef. To this we infuse our hand crafted organ blend of liver, spleen and kidney and combine it with marrow filled ground bone. This blend is then freeze dried using our four-step process making the most nutritious 80.10.10 freeze dried mix available. 

Legacy Beef 80.10.10 with Organ and Bone Breakdown: 78-80% beef, 10% ground bone, 5% liver, 2.5% spleen, 2.5% kidney, 2% heart.

Protein Powerhouse: with 78-80% beef content including heart, this blend has a robust source of high-quality protein that is vital for muscle development, overall vitality, and a healthy immune system.

Ground Bone: With 10% ground bone, this blend naturally fortifies your dog's diet with calcium, phosphorus, and essential trace minerals that are crucial for strong bones, healthy teeth, and overall well-being. 

Liver: The addition of 5% of beef liver adds a natural nutrient-rich punch of vitamin A and B as well as essential minerals like iron to support a glossy coat, boosted energy and immune function

Spleen/Kidney: Completing the blend with 5% of these organs to support your dog's own heart health by naturally supplying them with a compound called Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10).

What is Freeze Dried?: Our Beef is frozen at peak freshness. Then moisture is removed from the food through sublimation, which converts water into vapor. This process protects the food's nutritional value as well as giving the food a shelf life of up to 10 years!

How to Store/Use: 

• rehydrate the food before consumption by using about the same amount of warm water compared to the amount of the freeze dried food 
• Will last years if stored correctly
  
• Do not refrigerate 
• Store in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight

A simple starting point when feeding freeze dry to raw is to feed 1/3 to 1/4 of the amount of freeze dry compared to raw before the water is added. 50lb dog at 3% would get 1.5lb of raw or at most 8 oz of freeze dry without water added daily.
